I ordered these shoes because they were Ecco shoes and the way they looked. When I opened the box, I didn't like the look and when I put them on I didn't like the shoe tongue being so tight. Now that I have worn them for a week, I like the way they look and I like the tightness of the shoe tongue. For the first few times I put these shoes on it was rather difficult to insert my feet in the shoes, because I have a high instep, but after a few days I had no problems and I like the way the shoes fit and feel. The fit and support are a plus.The shoe is well constructed and the thicker sole helped my foot pain. The only criticism is it makes a loud flip flop sound sounds funny at least to me also the liner that one must slide foot through is tricky for me (bad knees ) not Ecco fault. I submit that for anyone with similar problems envolving their knees. Most likely a long shoe horn can remedy the problem. In conclusion these live up to the comfort I found in the brands golf shoes.     • Shoe doesn't fit like my Ecco golf shoes.

I wear Ecco Golf shoes and love them. I have and have had several pairs. So naturally, I expected these to fit the same, well, they don't. The length of the shoes are too short, consequently, my toes were touching right up against the shoe. Not cool!
