I have purchased these sneakers three times now - they are perfect for a wide (8W) foot. The reason I purchased so many was not due to their durability (they are very durable and water resistant), but because I wanted a whiter, newer pair. That said, they are easy to clean (I put them in the washer with a little bleach); they do clean up nicely, but after a few years of wear, they do lose their shiny, new whiteness. VERY comfortable for a wide foot - walking in them is very comfortable too - no rubbing or slipping. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit well, and these do the job. These are super roomy and comfortable. They provide good support and cushioning. They don't rub, and the wide width is truly a wide width. I'm planning to buy another pair.

These East Spirit sneakers are of good quality, made well and run true to size. Ordered in women's size 10. I don't know that I would pay the full price for them, but worth the special deal price I paid. As for the fit, toe box is comfortable, no pinching of toes, room to insert an orthotic, unable to remove the actual support. Not much heel or arch support so I do recommend using an orthotic to give you extra support. From what I can tell walking around in for a while at home, I don't think they are super comfortable for long periods of time. I plan to keep switching orthotic for better comfort along with my other sneakers. Good fit with light to medium weight ankle socks but anything else would be too tight. These shoes are my go to - almost the only shoe I wear. They are super affordable, especially if you have time to watch for the price drops. Very comfortable - because I have arthritis and bad knees I use gel inserts with them. They last a long time even with continuous heavy use (ie yard work). I like the grey one because they don’t show as much dirt. I throw them in the wash occasionally. They hold up well to that as well ... show more

These are great shoes, this is my 3rd pair. I wear them outside on the farm, I never sit. Walking and standing, gardening, being a lunch lady at school, volunteer. I have worn Easy Spirit shoes for years. Amazon suggested I order a size 9.5. I went ahead and ordered that size as well as a size 10 which is what I always wear. I couldn't get either size on my feet comfortably. Both sizes were very tight especially in the toe area. Both pair of shoes was returned.
