I recently had achilles tendon surgery. I have been problem solving shoes for the past four months. Due to the surgery on the back of my heel, I can't wear shoes that touch the back of my heel. I also need good support and cushion. I needed an athletic and dress (work) shoe. These shoes fit the bill for work. I have a wide foot and use an orthotic insert. The extra wide sizing is perfect for my post-surgical needs, wide foot, and orthotic insert. The Easy Spirit Women's Dusk Clog is very comfortable with a nice arch. I have been wearing Easy Spirits for years and they hold up nicely. The heels are always a nice height, with very good leather quality. They are expensive but worth every penney.

You have ignored my letter initially sent July 7, 2024 to <[email protected]> the address given to my by Amazon customer service. I reminded the receiver again last week! Amazon won't help because time for return elapsed. Clearly the shoes were purchased less than 6 months, barely worn and one shoe of the pair fell apart. You have my details and contact into. Please respond to the letter I wrote to your company: Dear Easy Spirit! I am referencing Easy Spirit shoes I purchased on Amazon.com at the end of last year. I have attached a screenshot of my purchase for your convenience. I love these shoes! Sadly, the blue pair shown on the invoice caused me embarrassing moments at an event last week. A gentleman came to my aid with black electrical tape, wrapped the shoe in it and I was able to leave the event wearing them! The problem is with the right shoe only! It must be defective as I have purchased many pairs of Easy Spirits not just from Amazon, but from various retailers over the years and have never been left shoeless before! I am hoping you can stand by your guarantees and afford me a new right shoe. Or better yet, a new identical pair. I am attaching photos of the shoes. I can't remember whether I ordered the blue ones of these first or the red ones first, but fell deeply in love with them.
