I took the extrusion to my inspection table to check it out. Base mount face flat within .002 (really good...) Placed long edge into an calibrated inspection "V" block (used for checking round parts and 45 degrees very accurately) Used inspection dial indicator and inspected extrusion "V" surface to inspection plate and it was within .002 total indicator movement (again really good...) Flipped the extrusion over and measured second side and its within .002 total from first side setting. Now I am very impressed... I will use this on my Sherline mill with great confidence. Price is awesome considering how accurate it really is. Delivery was very quick Overall incredibly satisfied customer!!! Thank you! ... show more

Precision crafted and made of quality aluminum. Drills holes nicely evenly through to the other side of your tubing. The design lets you Center your drill bit from the bottom groove so that you know you're dead on center so long as your table is square to your drill. I highly recommend this tool.

I wanted an inexpensive solution to hold tubular material for drilling for occasional projects. I have not used it yet, hence only 4 stars, but it appears well made, came quickly and will definitely do the job. The securing slots unfortunately do not line up with my Craftsman 8" drill press.
