I worried that this bat might be a little too long for my grandson, but he is hitting better with it. He says it is very comfortable to swing. He had picked this bat as one of his favorites online. It was a great deal on Prime day. I would recommend.

My six year old uses this bat. He is tall and skinny, didn’t want to go heavier bat yet. He gets around FAST with this bat. Seems to be comfortable well made bat. !Update! Something inside bat broke loose, it rattles, its no longer useable. Very happy with customer service they sent brand new bat no charge. Hopefully that one was just defective and this one will last!

In a league with 5,6,7 year olds, a couple ounces can make a huge difference. The actual weights of bats are all over the place, but this bat was the closest of the bats I’ve had to advertised weight. Actual weight on the 27” -12 was 15.5oz. My other 27” -12 bats are either nearly 16 or over 16oz. This sounds insignificant, but my son held this 15.5oz bat along with a 26” -13oz bat that was heavier than advertised (16.5oz) and immediately said “this one’s lighter”.

Bought this for my 5 year old. It was a decent bat for him to use (more so because of the drop 12). After a few uses, it began to have sounds like it was cracked. Inspected the bat but did not see any damage. During BP of the second game of the season, something came loose inside that slides up and down. I have been around bball for 40 years and have no idea what it could be. The only way to describe the sound is like an old school donut sliding off of the bat. Went to return on Amazon but was outside the 30 day window. Checked with Easton and was easily within their 90 day window. However, Easton makes the return as difficult as possible. Of course I need to get the bat replaced quickly since the season just began. Easton doesn't care. I do not recommend buying anything from Easton after this ordeal.
