We bought this for our five year old to use in coach pitch little league. The hand me down from his brother was a little too heavy for him and he was getting discouraged. We used this bat in a game the day we got it and the coaches all noticed a difference. He was easily making contact and getting some great hits…ended up with the game ball! Worth every penny for that type of confidence boost…but this bat is also so reasonably priced! Highly recommend for those that need a lighter bat to learn the basics of the game. :) ... show more

This is a super light bat for the length. It’s longer than t ball length. The barrel may not be as wide as other bats. We bought this bat as our kid was constantly hitting balls only to first base. It helped him hit more balls up the middle as we work on increasing his bat speed. It’s a good bag to have to work with kids on bat speed so they can feel the difference in weight between this bat, their bat, and a heavy bat. Bat looks nice too. ... show more
