Ordered it in a size 3.5 and fits perfectly without it falling off. The dimensions of the CZ is right around 6mm x 6mm so this would equate to about 1.5ct for a real diamond. It does rotate as I wear it but that’s just due to my finger and the ring being so top heavy. All in all, a good buy for what I’m going for.
