Ordered this ring to take on vacation so that I can leave mine at home. I've compared the two here. I would honestly think this was a real diamond if I didn't know any better! Absolutely beautiful. I would recommend going one size up because I did and it's still a bit snug, but it will do.

Fits as expected. Beautiful when arrived at residency. 2 weeks later 2 of the stones fell out. Looks stupid with the stones missing so will not wear it. Does not discolor your finger. Very sparkly. Beautiful ring till stones fell out . reasonably priced.

What I did not realize is that this ring is stamped "s925" and not just 925 ( looking back at the description, I did see the s925 whereas before I missed it). While it may be silver, it quite possibly is of inferior quality. I read recently that s925 is typically a product of China and is not considered totally pure. It can tarnish and pit easily and cannot be cleaned/shined. I'm hoping that none of this happens as I really love the ring. Yes, I know it not cost much and you get what you pay for! I'm looking for a new style of ring, shifting from princess cut to something new. This ring was purchased for me to get an idea if I even like the oval stone. It is indeed a beautiful set and I'm looking forward to see just how long it lasts! UPDATE 9/30/23: Just as I suspected, this silver is becoming pitted and is less brilliant. I have tried take care of my rings as I really love the way they look. I wear gloves while cleaning at work and take them off to wash hands/shower. Also, I do not sleep in them. I am currently 9 months pregnant and I am finding that my 5 3/4 sized engagement ring and wedding bands are way too tight to take on and off - I live in the south and it’s the end of July in addition to being super pregnant - so you can imagine how swollen my poor fingers are! I was looking for a nice knock off ring to wear until my baby comes. I am a nurse so I needed a setting I can wear at work without it getting caught on my gloves… This ring set is perfect! First of all, it’s beautiful. Secondly, the setting on the engagement ring sits low so it doesn’t snag on anything. Lastly, it feels very well made and sturdy. I’m sure it’ll hold up well. I adore my engagement ring and wedding bands so much and it makes me really sad not to wear them for now BUT this beautiful set really helped cheer me up - I am happy to wear it until my fingers go back to normal! For reference I normally wear a 5 and 3/4 size ring on my left hand. I ordered the 6.5 and it fits perfectly - I tried it on immediately after working a 10 hour shift so my fingers are nice and swollen and it fits perfectly - not to loose or too tight! ... show more
