I think ELF needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. You have to exfoliate your lips first, as with any stain. It looks great for about 15-20 min tops then wears off unevenly and barely leaves a stain. Color: spicy sienna. Formula needs work and tube is quite small for the price and packaging is deceptive.
