This is the hardest thing to put together. Do not spend your money. Only reason I won’t be returning is because I put the whole thing together with the most obstacles. The “love seat” is definitely the hardest of the hardest. No matter what end of the mesh part you do first it won’t reach to the other side to screw on. The support prongs, don’t unscrew to attach to seats. And while putting together, I noticed there were lots of cracks in the metal??? Took more than 5 hours to put together. Update: I did not receive the missing parts, but I DID receive a whole new patio set free of charge! These people are awesome and responded to every one of my emails, the furniture is great, holds up well with 2 toddlers climbing all over it! I would recommend this furniture, it's durable and comfortable and nice to look at, and customer service is fantastic! I ordered this furniture and put it together, however, while putting the 2nd chair together, I found I was missing a bar that goes across the front (the chair definitely needs this bar) so I emailed the company with my problem as I didn't want to take apart and pack it all back up to return it. The response was within 24 hours, there have been about 3-4 emails now and I am to receive the parts within 15 working days. (Yes, that is a long wait, but I would rather wait than pack and return a 4-pc patio set) The customer service is great and the patio furniture is comfortable to sit on and nice to look at. Would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor furniture.

Best to have another person available while you are assembling this set. Holes are not aligned plus it takes a strong person to tighten enough so you can assemble the other side. Also a drill might be necessary if you get a piece without a hole pre drilled like ours was. My biggest concern when looking for a set was the weight capacity and this one has a good one but it sits very low so if you are tall not very comfortable. For the price not bad hopefully it will last a couple years.

We love the two rocking chairs & table! The couch however does not build well.. the mesh was splitting and the poles were uneven so the couch bounces corner to corner uneven but so much that the little twisty bottoms can’t even balance it. Couch part is useless. :(

great for outdoors. easy to clean. there's a little stopper that stops the chair from rocking for safety purposes. its not padded so its not made for extra comfort but it works exactly how it should and is a great addition to any outdoor space. I can spray it down and a quick scrum if my kids spills somethings. Holds a good amount of weight. very sturdy.
