I bought 2 sets of these luggage for myself and my wife. I would definitely not recommend this luggage to anyone who is interested on a 4 wheel luggage. They're impossible to use on 4 wheels, I am constantly struggling to keep them moving, it's frustrating when I am on a long security line and you see every is moving their luggage at ease and yours is either out of control or the wheels are not moving. You can forget about pushing them on four wheels around the boarding area where they have carpeting. The other issue is, the luggage tend to sag where the zipper is even though the expansion zipper is completely close, bottom line is if you don't have a completely over stuffed luggage it will sag because one side is heavier than the other. I bought these back in April of this year, my wife and I just started using the carry on. I will definitely try to get a refund if I can, hope it is not too late. ... show more

Luggage was take ONE trip and complete damaged. Bag came off the belt and was in a bin. It was in TWO pieces!! Completely ripped at zipper all the way around. Cheap shell. I was skeptical when I got it. I would NOT recommend this product. The only “cool” things were the digital built in scale and the battery charger hook up. Pretty sturdy and withstood international travel with multiple transits through baggage claim. The smaller pieces lock came broken hence the 4 stars. A replacement is being sent and I need to Install it my self. I will evaluate how easy the process is and perhaps up my review to 5 stars.

It took me a while to write this review. So we took this luggage on a very long trip. I had electronic stuff wrapped in some towels to protect it. I don't know if putting a "Fragile" sign outside the luggage helped too, but the electronic stuff was okay and the luggage still looks new. Buyer Beware!! Didn't realize until I tried to use it that the dimensions exceed the limits allowed on all airlines!!! Tried to contact the seller who was nonresponsive. Why would you make a piece of luggage that is: 1) too big & 2) equipped with a scale for that purpose?? What a waste of money!!
