A friend recommended these and I’m so glad she did. They are waterproof, hold up during storms, and are very durable. They have loops at the bottom to tuck under your furniture, so they stay battened down during wind.

Perfect heavy-duty cover at a great price. We paid a decent amount for our outdoor set-up and while it is Sunbrella (which should hold up to weather and UV better than most) I didn't want to take a chance with it breaking down faster than it had to. I've ordered 5 of these covers in various shapes (two chaises, one couch, one chair and one umbrella) and I've noticed that each time they were slightly larger (maybe 1" to 2") than described which worked out great for me because all of our pieces were just a smidge over-sized and covers that were supposed to fit them based on measurements were always WAY to big and I wanted a tighter fit so as to avoid the wind blowing it around. Quality wise they're thick and heavy and more often than not the weight of them (and the snugness of the fit) keep them on the furniture in heavy winds so much so that I've seen the wind blow my chaise lounges across the deck but the covers don't go anywhere! They're also light enough to handle on your own (I've covered/uncovered them many times by myself) and they (all 5 covers I have) fold down flat enough to fit in a 17.3" W x 17.3" D x 20.7" H storage ottoman. We both work 9-5's so the furniture is covered Sunday night to Friday night/Saturday morning and after about 7 weeks on an inland east facing San Diego deck (meaning our space gets direct sun from sunrise to about 3 or 4 in the afternoon regardless of season) the covers are just started to fade on the diagonal top parts of them. Said fading does not appear to be coupled with a weakening or brittle'ing in the fabric so I'm not concerned. We've had them thru 4 major rains (2016 has been the year for El Nino) countless heavy dews (some that start even at night) and water really does just roll off. To help keep them dry and dry faster we also put an ottoman cushion in the middle on the couch and end tables on top of our chaise lounges before covering so that we have a slope that avoids water from polling and weighting down My intention is to update this review at the end of our season (typically SD weather promotes being outside; even at night all the way thru October!) with pictures so that anyone on the fence about them knows what to expect. All in all for the price I couldn't be happier and would repurchase them even if they don't last thru the year because I'm that happy with them and I feel that even if I have to replace them year after year it's worth it (at the price I paid which was ~$20 - $25 each) to protect the $2,500 I've spent on the furniture...

The duck cover brands fit my furniture very well. They can be hooked around the legs with straps if needed for windy days. They can just cover furniture and are very easy on and off. I have two full sets and a chaise lounge cover. I highly recommend them.

-Duck Covers Ultimate Patio Sofa Cover, 93-Inch- I bought this to replace a Duck Covers "elite" model of this cover. I need this size to fit a large outdoor slip-covered sofa. I keep it covered year round and only take it off when in use as it stays much cleaner this way (the birds love to do target practice on it). The elite performed well for the first year and most of the second, but then began to lose some of it's water-proof qualities to become only water resistant in some spots (I believe the problem spots were mostly limited to areas wear water would collect and pool somewhat). It also started get grimy and a bit of that grime was coming through to the inside and dirtying my sofa when water did get through. This cover looks like it should be a lot more durable and lasting (at least that is my hope) because of the differences outlined below. This cover is mostly made of vinyl which should be completely water-proof but not breathable as the fabric on the elite model is. However, the band around the skirt or sides portion of this cover is made of a breathable material. In fact, it appears to be the same material used on the elite model. I like this design since the sides will allow the cover to "breathe", but the fact that this material is on the sides and not the surface means that the cover should provide better protection and be more long lasting, especially since water will never sit on those areas. The vinyl has a quality look and feel to it. The seams are well done and are taped so that they are completely water-proof. I own a few covers made by Classic Accessories and I can say that none of their seams are as made as the ones on this Duck Cover, nor do any of their models use taped seams. In fact, I can see pinholes of light in some areas when I hold up a Classic Accessories cover and look at it's seams. My only negative right now is that there are not more color and style options offered. I plan to update this review regarding how well this cover holds up over time, but for now I am very happy with the quality as I see it and can recommend it in those terms over anything else that I have tried yet.

Perfect for protecting our sofa from rain, dirt and discoloration. These are the BEST patio furninture covers. They are totally waterproof and protect the light colored seat cushions from rain, sun fading and mildew. I so appreciate that I don't have to take my cushions inside when we are not using the deck furniture, and I don't have to worry about changing weather conditions. The latch straps precent the covers from blowing off in the wind. Look no further. These are perfect.

These covers keep my two outdoor sofas and the cushions dry. They also keep the cushions from fading. The covers are thick, have good coverage with an inch or two to spare, and they are well made. The straps that go around the feet of my sofas come in very handy as they prevent the covers from flying off in a strong wind. They are easy to put on and remove. I believe I had my first set for about 3 years before they started showing signs of wear and tear. I leave them on year round because of the HOT Texas sun. I patched the rips and holes but eventually decided I needed to buy new covers. I highly recommend these covers for outdoor furniture.
