I asked the customer before purchase if these were men's or lady's boots. I was told that either could wear them. It made sense, given the word "universal." Then I got an email from Amazon after the purchase asking, "how do you like your 'Dublin Ladies Universal Tall Boots'?" So I'm kind of irritated, because I've already given them to my 10 year old Nephew for a birthday present. These riding boots seem to be good quality, and that is the only reason I awarded this product any stars. However, I had read another review saying that they ran small, so I ordered an entire size and a half larger than my 8 yr old wears. It would fit her feet if only she could get them on her calves.
