Polaris makes these extremely hard to get to, I ended up cutting the old one off with a grinder and this one fit right back in its place have probably 50 hours on it so far completely elimanated my driveline vibration

    • Poorly machined bearing bracket.
Bearing bracket doesn’t not fit properly on the bearing so the grease just comes out the side of the bearing not in it.

This appeared to be a nice kit. The bearing and locking collar fit the driveshaft perfectly. The bearing carrier mount bolted up to the machine perfectly as well. The issue I have is the fitment between the bearing and the mount. No matter how I align the two, I cannot get the grease to go into the bearing. It all comes out between the bearing and the mount. I can't tell if the grease passages do not line up or if it's just because there is a gap between the two. If I can't keep it greased I don't imagine it will last very long. ... show more
