These shoes were appealing because they appeared to be a perfect design for those with super thin and long feet. Ultimately they are, but not when it comes to comfort. The insole in these are so thin, it feels as if your just walking on the ground, with almost zero arch support, and even with extremely thin feet, feel almost too tight. These are not a comfortable shoe, and not just because they are new. It was a real let down as soon as they went on. Obviously this is a specific style of sneaker, so arch support is not Intended to be great in these, but the fact that these are as tight and uncomfortable as they are on the thinnest feet I've ever seen, says quite a bit. The appeal with these is that they seemed like they would be a good design for those who have a specific foot type, and they certainly are. For a shoe, for the first time ever, to said to be uncomfortably tight, with as skinny as these feet are, proves they are for the thinner/longer ones. I would hope with time they'd become more comfortable, but it's hard to wear a shoe that is so uncomfortable to start with. For comfortability, these sit at a 3 star. Time may make them closer to a 4 star, as they get worn in, but new, not any higher than that. Where these shoes hit the mark is in the look and style. They are a good looking pair, and the design is nice. They look fantastic on and the black with blue accent makes them appear to be high quality. If voting on the appearance alone, these are a 5 star shoe in my opinion. With that, and Going in the middle of my 2 ratings, I feel 4 stars is a good assessment. If these were given a better insole, and time worn them in, I do believe some of the uncomfortable feel will dissipate. These are certainly a shoe that is going to be loved more by those who prefer this style, and need less arch support. Those who love a more flat to ground feel under their feet will probably love these. Personal preference wise though, they fall short, and do not hold the value. As stated before, time may improve the way these feel, and it could increase the current rating, and if that does happen, I will be back to update my review. As for now, the difference between the look and the comfort has me set at just 4 stars. They will certainly be perfect to others, but it is wholly going to be a preference for the type of support and tightness of shoe, that makes that vary between people.

Very nice shoes. Not stiff like other high tops, but good quality from what i see and feel. We shall see how they hold up. I believe they are sized based on mens shoes, as my daughter is usually an 8 in womens but had to exchange for a 7. EU shows 37 on the box. I am usually an EU38 in womens. I dont understand but her 7’s fit like a womens 8.

The media could not be loaded. Coming from someone who usually wears running shoes as their dailies, these were a pleasant surprise and as a shoe overall feels snug, comfortable, and still has the performance I was hoping for when I ordered these. Fit & comfort: ➤ I wear a size 10, a little wide so I got a 10.5. I'm happy with the .5 wiggle room and I would say order your true size. Good toe wiggle room, the heel fits nicely and the sides feel formed and perfectly shaped. ➤ There's a pretty nice cushioning on the bottom, nothing too much but it feels like it will hold up and it's soft, and the bottom rubber adds the softness to your steps so walking feels smooth and the sneaker is comfortable. On the back upper ankle, there's a thick amount of foam cushion which adds a lot to the overall feel of wearing while also giving a stableness to your step. ➤ The break-in period, if any was short. Day 1 I felt like I was ready to walk a mile in it and it's got even better as I got used to more flat sneakers than my normal ones. Materials & quality ➤ The leather feels high class while still looking modern and clean. It's made with 80% pebbled leather giving it that slightly rugged finish to it up close. There are little vents on the front top to provide airflow which the shoe is already great with. Rubber sole has an aesthetic pattern and feels good outside and on hardwood. They're lightweight for the size which I found impressive, breathable and flowy when walking. ➤ The shoelaces are very long, but also don't feel like they do much. I found myself having to pull very tight to get the tightness I wanted and even then, the laces were super long so I can go adjust it a 2nd time. ❌ On the edges of the spiked stitching, before my first use you could notice they're already a little angled upwards like how they would if they were worn a lot, so maybe it's a design flaw and they should make it less sharp or it's the leather glue not being strong enough. So that's a point where I'll be paying attention to to see how that holds up but I am wary of that, I showed that in the pictures above. Performance & longevity: ➤ From walking to going up & down steps, driving, these sneakers can handle it all which again coming from running shoes the break-in period not only for the shoe but also myself was fast! Every step feels smooth and solid. I can easily take these on and off in 10 seconds. They feel like they will hold up over time, again I'll have to watch out for the spiked patterned stitching but that's my only worry, otherly, the whole shoe I'm impressed with. Also the white is holding up better than expected! Just don't step in much grass or dirt. These sneakers are holding up great so far after a few weeks, and they feel snug, comfortable, while still giving me the ability to do everyday activities and I'm currently using these as my daily shoes! The pattern is also a nice touch and aesthetically pleasing especially on the early birds white color.
