These shoes were appealing because they appeared to be a perfect design for those with super thin and long feet. Ultimately they are, but not when it comes to comfort. The insole in these are so thin, it feels as if your just walking on the ground, with almost zero arch support, and even with extremely thin feet, feel almost too tight. These are not a comfortable shoe, and not just because they are new. It was a real let down as soon as they went on. Obviously this is a specific style of sneaker, so arch support is not Intended to be great in these, but the fact that these are as tight and uncomfortable as they are on the thinnest feet I've ever seen, says quite a bit. The appeal with these is that they seemed like they would be a good design for those who have a specific foot type, and they certainly are. For a shoe, for the first time ever, to said to be uncomfortably tight, with as skinny as these feet are, proves they are for the thinner/longer ones. I would hope with time they'd become more comfortable, but it's hard to wear a shoe that is so uncomfortable to start with. For comfortability, these sit at a 3 star. Time may make them closer to a 4 star, as they get worn in, but new, not any higher than that. Where these shoes hit the mark is in the look and style. They are a good looking pair, and the design is nice. They look fantastic on and the black with blue accent makes them appear to be high quality. If voting on the appearance alone, these are a 5 star shoe in my opinion. With that, and Going in the middle of my 2 ratings, I feel 4 stars is a good assessment. If these were given a better insole, and time worn them in, I do believe some of the uncomfortable feel will dissipate. These are certainly a shoe that is going to be loved more by those who prefer this style, and need less arch support. Those who love a more flat to ground feel under their feet will probably love these. Personal preference wise though, they fall short, and do not hold the value. As stated before, time may improve the way these feel, and it could increase the current rating, and if that does happen, I will be back to update my review. As for now, the difference between the look and the comfort has me set at just 4 stars. They will certainly be perfect to others, but it is wholly going to be a preference for the type of support and tightness of shoe, that makes that vary between people. ... show more

Product: Drifts Unisex's Early Bird & Night Owl by Noah Schnapp Sneaker First of all, these are unisex shoes. However, the sizing when you order is for men. The sizing tag on the tongue of the shoe shows both the men's and women's size. They really need to put the women's sizes up here on the product page. I googled the conversion, and thankfully, I got the right size. I have mixed feelings about these shoes. I understand that a celebrity is attached to the design, but I'm just not sure the shoe lives up to the $170 price tag. The upper shoe is leather. I can smell that it's real leather. However, I wasn't overly impressed with how the pebbled texture of the weather ended up looking. It makes the shoe have a lower end look, in my opinion. The printing of the letters and numbers on the shoe were not consistent. Some areas did not print fully, while others were bolder. I do like the look of the inset blue swirls and the logo on the back of the shoe. The color choice and shoestrings.It's also a nice touch. The soles are non-slip. The shoe comfort is less than I would expect at this price point. The main issue is the lack of cushioning and support. If you need any type of arch support or heel cup, this shoe does not provide it. There is some degree of shock absorption in the soles of the shoe, because I was able to wear them longer than I expected with the insoles they provided. I'm probably going to end up buying a better pair of insoles to place in these shoes. I don't feel like that. I should have to do that to be able to wear these shoes comfortably for several hours. The shoes did fit true to size for me. If these shoes were priced around the $100 mark, I would have given them 4 stars. At the current price, I just can't do that.
