The eucalyptus arrived yesterday and is less than half of what’s in the pics. It’s brittle (many broken pieces) so any attempt to separate and spread it out causes it to crumble….

I could not be more disappointed! At first, when I opened the package and realized it was not true to the picture on amazon, my heart sank. But realistically, people do use picture enhancement to promote their products, so no big deal. I proceeded to sniff the stems. It smells so much like a regular bush! Nothing like the ones I get from Kroger or whole foods. I was so hurt! I decided that maybe it needed water and some steam for the scent to come alive. I finally threw them out today after 3 days in my bathroom. Please save your money and find an actual store where you're able to smell the product and the scent is what it should be. In all my years of purchasing on amazon, this is my worst buy.
