I got an XL and it's slightly loose around my waist (~32in) when standing but then it doesn't suffocate me when I sit. Perfect length, about mid-thigh so I'm not always worried about my butt showing šŸ˜… also seems like a durable material.. would recommend so far!

Okay so I bought this skirt for a cosplay Iā€™ve been wanting to do and let me tell you, I love it!! Itā€™s honestly so much better than I expected it to be. Itā€™s a really nice soft material and the pleats are perfect. The waistband is stretchy which makes it so much easier to wear. I honestly donā€™t think I have any problems with it. The color is perfect and like I said it feels really well made. Itā€™s like a thicker material and feels sturdy. I will definitely be wearing it for more than just the cosplay. I will say though I usually wear a large and I sized up with this just in case since Iā€™ve had issues with sizing on stuff like this before, Iā€™m glad I did because the XL fits perfect. I also may have gained a few pounds though which is why I rated it as fits as expected! ... show more

It seems well stitched, but the material is what they used to call ā€œdouble knit polyesterā€ back in the 1970s. In the picture for the item, it appears to be a woven material, but it is not. The color and pattern are printed on one side of the material.

I really like this skirt a lot!! Itā€™s very cute and comfortable, even for a girl like me with curvy hips. However, it is a bit short in the back- especially because I have a bit of a bum- so I am wearing shorts underneath just in case. These skirts do not come with their own shorts!!
