My daughter was gifted the dress for Christmas and it hasn’t torn in any places, it’s definitely better than your average dress up costume. She got a size 4 and she’ll be 5 in July, she’s petite but there’s still plenty of room to grow. I ordered the dress for my granddaughters 4th Birthday. I also ordered the accessories. I paid $26.99 for it ( including the accessories ) and I am very pleased. I am attaching 3 pictures. It just arrived today so I haven’t had time to steam iron the dress yet, but I looked over all the seams in the dress and it is nicely stitched. The braid is 24” long. The accessories are super cute. My granddaughter will LOVE dressing up and pretending to be Repunzel. Only wish the matching Rapunzel shoes were easier to find in a size 9. Highly recommend. ... show more

very cute and good quality for a costume. My 3 yr old daughter loves it. It has very little glitter and doesn't shed which is rare in toddler princess dresses. It runs big (surprisingly). My daughter just turned 3 and I usually get 4t for jackets and anything I think might shrink or run small like Walmart or Ebay. I expected this to run like most inexpensive costume clothes but it didnt. Shes really a true 3t. She has other costumes in 4t that fit her well, maybe a tad bit long. But this was huge. I had to order a size down because it was HUGE in the shoulders and a little long in length. I think I might have to pin the shoulders even in the smaller size. This is our second Rapunzel dress. My daughter wore the first one for over 2 years and put its durability to the test - she’s played outside in it, slept in it, and spilt a ridiculous amount of stuff on it. There were signs of wear and tear, but it’s held up a lot better compared to other dresses bought in the store, especially considering this was the one she wore the most. The zipper stopped working a few weeks ago, and it was time to go up a size, so I finally ordered a new, larger one. These run a little big and long (but it is a Princess dress, so maybe that’s on purpose) in my opinion. For reference, my daughter was approximately 20lbs/3ft for the 2T and had room to grow. At roughly 40lbs now (4 years old), the 2T still went on, but was tight when zipped and fell right below her knees. The new one is a 4T and fits perfect, but she normally wears a 5-6 in regular clothes. ... show more

I ordered this dress for my daughters princess dress up day at school. The first dress arrived quickly but had a large hole in front of it at the seam. I quickly ordered another which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My daughter was thrilled to wear it to school however when she came home it was completely ripped at all the seams & the bottom was shredded. The dress is made well for the price. My granddaughter absolutely loves every accessory that came with it. The only add I would say… my granddaughter is tall for her age….had she been 2 inches shorter…the dress would have been an issue for tripping…I had planned to gather up the sides some with safety pins if that would be an issue…for her it wasn’t. And the shoulders of the dress slips down so I did have to pin the dress in the back to prevent it from slipping off her shoulders…with that…absolutely lovely dress… highly recommended. Also I totally washed this dress inside out…in the washing machine on gentle and hung to dry…washes fantastic like that!!!! ... show more

The Rapunzel dress was packaged so securely. I bought the dress and accessory package and they arrived in their manufacturer package and both were then placed inside a very sturdy reusable bag from the seller. The dress is so wonderful for a little girl to play dress-up in. It has super great detail. It has a sturdy hidden zipper in the back that is easy & smooth to glide. The details on the dress are spectacular! Once I steamed the wrinkles out, it truly made my granddaughter look magical. She rarely takes it off. This was a Christmas gift for my 3 year old daughter and within an hour of putting the dress on for play, it began to unravel at the seam between the bodice and skirt, as seen in the photo. The ribbon near the Rapunzel icon on the chest also began to fray, though had this been the only issue I could’ve trimmed and melted the edge to prevent further fraying. I was already considering returning due to the size. She’s between a 3t and 4t so I went up and it was huge on her chest, shoulders, and mid-section. I did expect a bit of room to grow but not so big that it would hang off of her shoulders and expose her chest. Then the skirt coming apart solidified my decision to return.
