The costume is really good quality for the price. It was slightly larger than I expected but that really wasn't an issue because it comes with a sash that I used to just pull the fabric up about a half inch. My son loved this costume!!! He wanted a classic wizard look and this item delivered. This costume is pretty well made overall but the collar is pretty large so I'd recommend your kid wears a shirt underneath in a similar color. Also the stars are coming lose on the bottom of the outfit after a few wears but I'm not deducting any points as Halloween costumes are not usually the most durable anyways. ... show more

Costume is a thin but flexible velvet material. Hat was too small for my 6yr old and the lace detail wasnt stitched on very well. Color is a brighter purple than the picture. Overall good costume for 1 or 2 times.
