This is an absolutely lovely dress. The deep plunge is flattering, but not over the top (for reference, I have a 36H bust). Gorgeous color. It's made well and has nice structure to it, which enhances the fit. I like that the cap sleeves downplay my arm fat (unlike some of the other DTP dresses that are sleeveless). The chiffon skirt does a fabulous job hiding any extra flab or rolls you might be self-conscious about. In this picture, I'm not even wearing shapewear. My only complaint is the zipper - it keeps getting stuck at the waist where the two fabrics meet. The dress fits great (I ordered a 2XL), so there's no reason it shouldn't zip up easily and cleanly. Even with someone else helping, we couldn't get it to zip. Finally, I tried rubbing pencil lead on the zipper teeth and that did the trick. Although I love the color, I'm going to return it in favor of the same dress in black for more versatility. ... show more

The size that should've fit did not fit at all in the top - zipper would barely close and there is no stretch. And I did check the chart and size up. I keep wanting one of these dresses because they are so pretty but the size that should fit me, a usual size 14 (XXL, I think it was?) was still way too tight in the bodice. ... show more

I really wanted to like this, but I wasn’t able to zip it up. I ordered multiple styles from this brand and wasn’t able to get any of them to zip. I wear a size 6 bottoms and a medium top. But my bust is 38”. I ordered a large and XL knowing I would need it to fit on top. I was disappointed. It’s a really beautiful dress. Light and flowy fabric and a dark forest green. I've ordered and returned 6 potential outfits to wear for my bridal shower. I finally purchased this dress even though it was expensive because I was hopeful that the brand name and heftier price tag might be an indication that this was going to be a better fit and better quality. I was right! I put this dress on and loved the way the structured top fit my chest and hit right at the flattering point of my waist. I loved the flowy skirt that wasn't see-through or flimsy and how the pretty lace trim at the bottom didn't have any hanging threads. Basically, this is a good quality and well-fitting dress and I'm looking forward to wearing it to my bridal shower. I ordered this dress twice because I thought it would be great for a masquerade party I was invited too. The first dress I ordered as Try Before You Buy. The sleeves were irregular, one being super tight and the other sitting an inch above my shoulder and the zipper gets stuck midway. You need to force it up. I returned It and ordered the same dress again thinking that the particular dress sent was defective. I ordered it again and found the second dress was a bit better in the sleeves but still didn’t fit well. I stupidly kept this second dress and found myself pinning down the sleeves to keep the dress from popping up on the shoulders. Zipper again gets caught and needs to be forced.
