I bought the small and it fits true to size. It's a stretchy velvety material so that allows for some flexibility. I originally purchased the medium size and noticed that the material used for the back is different. On the medium size, the back is the same material as the front minus the patterns. On the small size, the back is a thinner shinier material, not the same as the front. And it gives off a slightly different color than the front. I'm not crazy about that because that's all I see now. At least it's not so noticeable that it looks weird. The outfit comes with the collar and belt. This costume did fit me well and I honestly really liked it (accessories not included with this purchase, I got the headband and arm jewelry from elsewhere.) But I absolutely love the dress! It is comfortable and the material of the dress was pretty good! Better than I expected and soft!

Reviews weren't lying when they said this is better looking in person and comfortable. The black velvet material is stretchy and form fitting and so comfortable and has a beautiful pattern design. I'm 5'6 and this hit me right at my ankles which was perfect, I was expecting it to be a little long for me.
