I love these snow boots!! They’re a good looking boot and made with excellent quality. I found them to be very comfortable and warm. With the faux fur lining, I only needed a sock liner and my feet stayed dry & toasty. They might be a little bit wider, but you would want that when wearing a heavy sock and/or truly in frigid temperatures. They are a perfect size 9 fit for me and easy to adjust the tightnesses or looseness. Great price for design & efficacy!

There are two styles in this particular boot and this review covers both. I am generally a size 6 1/2 Wide in a shoe, but sometimes can fit into a 7 Regular depending on the style. I first ordered the strap-and-buckle version of these boots in a Size 7 (the black boot on the left). This is the style which also has the side zipper. When I first received the boots, they felt just a smidgen tight across the toe box. Instead of returning, I ordered the other style pair (without the side zipper) in a Size 8, just to do a fit-check. That's the khaki pair on the right in the photo. As it turns out, there wasn't actually much difference in the size on the two pair, and when I put the black pair on again, they felt really comfortable! Turns out my first impression wasn't completely correct. In the photo I'm wearing heavy wool socks which is exactly the type I would wear to shovel snow. Both pair feel great! Just to note a style difference that I think is pretty cool regarding the khaki boots, you can actually flip the fur section up to make the boots higher (again, great for snow days) and lace them all the way up. When you flip them back down, there are sturdy snaps holding the fur section into place, which is an unexpected feature on boots at this price point. I had no trouble getting my wide foot into either pair so I don't think the side zipper needs to be a big issue when choosing a color , just pick the one you like best! I'm keeping both pair and wouldn't hesitate to order again. Oh, and they are super warm as well, fully lined with fur. A great purchase!

Runs a little slender, and half a size smaller. I bought a size 7 thinking I was giving myself room for thicker socks, and they fit snugly like my usual 6.5 size. Warm and comfy, however, and the synthetic zipper gusset really keeps out gusts.

READ ALL FOR UPDATED REVIEW I looked at every single boot on Amazon! It's the truth. I'm that picky. I have a budgeted amount. This boot was the best decision for me. It is perfect. The fit is exactly correct size 9. Normal width. I wore a thick sock and no problem. They actually make your foot look more petite than usual. They lace up smoothly. I like the buckle look. The zipper is great. It's not hard to get my foot into. They are incredibly warm and comfortable. I went on an hour walk ( obviously from the photo) and very comfortable hours later! I did expose them to water and watery snow. They are waterproof. My foot stayed dry. I highly recommended these boots!!! UPDATE: I had to send the boots back. Within 6 weeks both zippers broke. The lining came out of both boots - and they do not go back in the boot correctly. I had to completely get new insoles. Which didn't matter. Because the zippers broke. I was issued a replacement. I have my fingers crossed that THIS pair is my perfect boot.

I saw these shown on the Today show and decided to buy them for my move back north. I haven’t had a chance to wear in winter yet but they are so soft and warm inside and since I’ll only be using them to go to stores and when I am running errands I am certain they will be perfect. I grew up in the north and these are definitely not high quality winter boots you would want on for long days in the snow but the tread is nice and they are made well enough for my needs. I was originally sent the wrong size which was corrected.
