ETA: black shoes were in a clear plastic bag. Brown shoes were in a drawstring bag inside a nice plastic one and the shoes were wrapped in paper. Something tells me the black ones were returns. I am a size 8.5 wide on most shoes and these fit great. Very comfortable and nice support in the sole. I will say there's some squishy noise with the shoe in the beginning but after wearing them for the day, it faded. I like them. I only wish they came without the bow in the toe. It's a point of contention with these but a small price to pay for comfort. Bought in 3 colors.

I love these flats and have been wearing them since they were delivered! The comfort padding on the bottom feels great, the color is true to the image, and it is true to size. They pack in their foldable shape and it doesn't impact the support on the bottoms. Will buy in another color!

These shoes check ALL the boxes! They're cute as heck, have a nice tread that grips, the insole is soft and feels nice, and for a great price! I immediately pranced around the house in them because I am so excited about this find! Like the reviewers recommended, I ordered a half size down and they fit like a glove. So now a red pair is on the way, and I also sent the link to my friends so they can experience happy feet, too.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Italy. I didn't need dressier shoes but a few times. These packed small, were lightweight, and had a thick enough sole to walk some to my destination. I have wide feet, and they were comfortable. When I got home, I bought another pair in another color.

Very cute shoes and the padding on the bottom is nice, but this is what my feet/ankles looked like after wearing them for just 4 hours. It's notable because I have really narrow feet and often have issues with shoes slipping OFF my ankles. These had the opposite effect, lengthwise the sizing was correct, but they are incredibly strangling tight around my ankles. I usually have to order AA width in shoes due to my narrow feet, so I can't imagine how these would feel on a normal width foot so that's why I'm leaving the review.
