As we all know, getting the right size in women's shoes is very hard. I am 5'6 and 170 lb. I wear between a size 8 and a size 9 depending on the shoe. Sneakers and hiking boots for which I have been professionally fitted I wear a nine. Clark's brand ankle boots I wear and 8 1/2. Clarks dress flat shoes sometimes comes out as an eight sometimes 8 1/2. DSW Kelly and Kate pumps are typically an 8. At 8 1/2 I walk out of them. Sandals of any kind are a 9. I tried this brand in 8, 1/2, and 9. Size 8 in a 2 inch heel did the job perfectly. Having sorted out my size, I will definitely be purchasing more of these shoes. I love that they come in many colors. The slip resistance is very good. They are affordable enough to purchase in colors to match specific dressy outfits. I don't wear dress shoes on a very regular basis. Therefore those in my closet are frequently in excess of 20 years old. Lol. They're starting to delaminate and fall apart even though they look great! As the need arises this will be my go-to shoe for replacements. Easy and affordable to purchase, once I figured out my shoe size. And reasonably comfortable on my middle-aged feet for a pump.

I love the shoe. I bought a 7.5 in a faux suede ( don't remember what they call.) Beautiful. They look like they could have been designer shoes. The problem is that the shoe was about a full size too big. I looked at my order was correct and the shoe was stamped 7.5 but I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. I was going to my ex's funeral and representing my daughter and her sons and a very bunch of obnoxious, critical ex in laws as so wanted to be picture perfect (as much as I can, lol.) I stuffed egg shaped makeup sponges in the toes and hobbled because they were slightly smaller but still losing the shoe and now it hurt like the dickens. I want to replace because I love them but not going to play the wheel of fortune to find a good size. Most say fit is ok but beware of 7.5 clown shoes!

I have ordered numerous pairs of pumps and none of them worked out. I decided I would try these and finally I found a pair that worked for me. I did have some trial and error with the size. I usually wear a size 7, bit even with heel inserts the 7 was too long. I got a 6.5 and they are great. I have some problems wearing a pointed toe shoe because they pinch my toes. These pumps have a rounded toe and a lower heel so they are very comfortable. I recommend giving these a try.
