Original Review: I ordered this in my daughters shoe size and it ended up being an adult size instead. It's a beautiful shoe but it's huge. Update: after I returned the shoes I had purchased, I was contacted by the seller to correct the issue. They were wonderful and sent me a different size until the correct one was found. Now my daughter is super happy with her Navy Blue size 5 flats. She wears them to school and says they are very comfortable. I am extremely grateful for their assistance with this matter. This was customer service at its best and the way it should really be for all companies. Because of this I changed the rating from 3 star to a 5 star. Well deserved and great product. Daughter "needed" gold shoes to wear to a school dance, but we couldn't find any in the stores near our house. I swore I would never order shoes online because of potential sizing issues but the reviews for this shoe said that they fit as expected so with no other alternative I thought I would try these... SO GLAD I DID!!! They fit as expected (my daughter is a size 4 and the size 4 in these fit perfectly)! They are super cute, and the strap around the ankle can be taken off if you'd prefer not to have the strap. I was very happy with this purchase, and my daughter was especially happy! (I can't speak to how they will hold up over time as she has only worn them once so far.)

I gave them 4 bc they are super cute but they were very small on her feet. She only wore about 3 times for short periods of time because of that. All of our shoes (on or off Amazon) have been accurate in sizing so I definitely recommend sizing up but they are so adorable!

I originally bought this shoe in a size Little Kid 11 which is my daughter’s shoe size for her costume with the intent of using them for future use. They did not end up being true to size and due to time constraints and being in the process of moving I opted to just re-order in a larger size. I went up 2 sizes in hopes that they will last her more than a year—the size 11s were really tight (and yes, she is a 11 in ALL OTHER shoes). The 13s worked out for her costume BUT one of the shoes is missing the removeable buckled ankle strap. We are keeping the flats as my daughter loves them. Given how much she likes them and the appearance of the shoe is quite nice, I would happily change my rating if we could get just one buckle strap replacement.

We have a hard time finding shoes that fit my kid. I took a chance and ordered this pair, and it was much better than we expected. My kid requires wide shoes, and these were flexible, stretches and my daughter was comfortable. I did go up a size to be safe. The strap makes the shoes look classy rather than a simple slip-on and went well with the flower girl outfit.

Absolutely love these shoes! The price was just right and my twins wore these with their Christmas dresses. The only negative thing I can say is the material was too itchy/scratchy to wear without tights or hose, but that was a quick fix. They could not wear these in warmer weather in the South, though.

They definitely run small. My daughter wears a size 1 but after reading the reviews, I went ahead and sized up to a 2. They arrived and we immediately tried them on and they fit perfect, she even said they felt comfy. Well fast forward to the event we needed them for and she hadn’t been walking in them for more than 30 minutes when she started complaining about pain at the heel area and when we checked, she had blisters on both heels! We can’t return them, obviously, since they’ve been worn but I’m going to call it a waste of money since we only got a few hours of use from them.
