UPDATE: These cleats were troopers! As stated below, they have held up through: One recreational season (8 games, 16 practices); two summer training camps (10 days total); and one School Modified season (12 games, 5 practices per week). They finally gave out during the practice right before the final game…the sole on one cleat detached. BUT, I had the next size up already on hand because they were so inexpensive. Overall, these cleats held their own for the price and I would totally buy them again. My 12 year old son plays soccer, and every year it is a CHORE to try to find cleats that fit him properly. He has a very wide foot, and as some of you may know, regular soccer cleats are NOT designed for the wide-footed individual. I literally ordered 12 different pairs of cleats for him in the spring for the upcoming seasons, and these were the winners regarding width and level of comfort. I guess they are considered to be an "off brand" however, how often do people even look at what cleat brand someone is wearing on the pitch? My son didn't care...he just liked they way the felt. For the price, I wasn't expecting too much regarding durability, but they have held up just fine through the spring Recreational season (two practices per week, plus eight games), two week long summer camps, and this Fall season with him playing for his school - which requires him to practice five days a week, plus 12 games. I even went ahead and ordered the next size up also so that we can keep them in his closet for when he outgrows his current pair. I wish they made them for indoor soccer as well...oh well. ... show more

My son is getting into soccer for the first time as a Jr. High player, so I didn't want to spend a lot on shoes. These fit the bill, being around the thirty mark. They are pretty basic/plain but that is ok with me. They seem to be pretty decent shoes. My only comment is that my son (who has very narrow feet) said they were a little snug at the sides, but still comfortable. Laces are very long. Cleat parts are molded plastic as you would expect. I'll update if they don't wear well or something else comes up. Season starts next month. UPDATE 5/7/17, they lasted the whole season, they held up BEAUTIFULLY. No issues. This was a good deal. UPDATE 3/11/18, they made it through really well, and were in great condition. My kid just outgrew them. I was able to resell these on our local swap site for $10. Not a bad deal! I bought these because my property has a large culvert with 65 degree angled sides that I mow with a pushmower. After the mower and myself slid down the incline I decided cletes were the answer. I've had these for a year and a half now and they still look and function perfectly.
