Product is great. Ordered them weeks before Christmas as a Christmas gift only to have the delivery date change 3 times because they had not shipped the boots. Would not let us cancel so we could go elsewhere. Instead my granddaughter had to wait an extra week or week and half. Like I said, product amazing. Shipping and customer service suck.

The boots I ordered for my daughterg were exactly what the picture shows, but better! They arrived very quickly and the quality of them far exceeded my expectations! They were wrapped nicely inside the box, zippers work great, and the fur lining on the inside of the boots is super soft and very warm!! I bought them on sale for 55% off, so I was very happy with them!! They are worth the full price though for sure!!
