Product is great. Ordered them weeks before Christmas as a Christmas gift only to have the delivery date change 3 times because they had not shipped the boots. The boots I ordered for my daughterg were exactly what the picture shows, but better! They arrived very quickly and the quality of them far exceeded my expectations! They were wrapped nicely inside the box, zippers work great, and the fur lining on the inside of the boots is super soft and very warm!! I bought them on sale for 55% off, so I was very happy with them!! They are worth the full price though for sure!!

**Updated** This seller is so generous and truly wants you to be happy with your purchase. The original boots we ordered did not hold up well and the seller replaced them and shipped the new ones immediately. I can’t thank you enough! My daughter absolutely loves these boots. They fit perfectly, look stylish. They actually look high quality. But sadly after just 2 months the bottom sole is completely hanging off the boot detached. For the price paid, I’m disappointed these only lasted us 2 months.
