We got these in today and they seem decent. My son walked around the house in them and said they are comfy. He has a wide foot and normally wears a 12-12.5 wide but I ordered a size 13 and they fit just right with a normal pair of socks and the insert in the boots. If he was wearing a thick pair of socks they probably wouldn’t fit unless the insert was removed. I do also like that the insert has velcro on the back so it stays in better. However the rough side of the Velcro is what is on the main part of the boot so it would probably rub/scratch the leg above the ankle if the insert is removed.

Runs a bit small. My 7 year old normally wears a size 2, I ordered a size 3 and still snug with regular socks. I should have ordered sz 4. Probably wont be able to wear it after a few months. Otherwise great product, kept his foot warm and dry while he played in the snow

Update: After writing my review customer service reach out to me. They were very kind and thorough, the sent me out a replacement pair of boots right away. They even followed up to make sure I got them and that they fit and the zippers worked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When we received the boots the zipper on one was stuck and couldn't get it to zip up or down. I put a little coconut oil on it and got it to work. It doesn't stay up the best.

Bought these boots for my 9 year old son. Snow boots usually run bigger than normal shoes. My son wears a size 3, and I ordered a size 3 and they fit perfect (just big enough to wear thicker socks and still have a little bit of wiggle room at the toes). My son found them comfortable, never once complained, and was able to really enjoy his time in the snow with his feet being kept warm and dry. I would definitely recommend!
