These sandals are well made. I was concerned they would cause blisters however, my 2 year old grandson walks about a half mile to and from the beach and he has not produced any blisters. They fit very well and appear comfortable for him. They do seem to be about 1/2 larger than needed however, he’ll grow into them soon enough. He does not trip in these sandals. These sandals look great and appear to be a quality shoe! They are a good pick if your child has a wide foot. I measured the length of my daughter’s foot but we still ended up returning these as the shoes were way too wide for her.

I purchased these shoes for both of my children for a family vacation. I knew that they would need them for mainly use in the river and lake. Shoes arrived timely and in great shape. I immediately had my children try them on. I ordered a size 13 for my youngest, which fit fine a little larger than his normal 13 with enough room to spare for growth. I also ordered a size 4 for my oldest and that is where the size differed most length and width. She wears a size 4 in tennis shoes so I didn't believe that there would be an issue. They are definitely larger than expected. I wear a 6.5 in womens usually and my foot fit this shoe with room to spare. I'm not sure what can be done to rectify the size issue, but from a cosmetic standpoint the shoes are very attractive (not cheap looking) and have been very sturdy as far as wear and tear. We have had them for a little over a month and they have been used for light outdoor use (lake and river, minimal hiking). Both children also really like the comfort of this shoe. Hopefully the sizing gets fixed, I would like to purchase more in the future. ... show more
