I do a lot of walking and standing. I prefer a negative heel such as kelso earth shoes, but they stopped making them and those shoes don't have the heel cushion I prefer to protect impact heel pain. The kelso earth negative heel is thier patent so I don't know of any other shoe makers that offer a negative heel. These shoes have a slightly higher heel than the toe pad and have a lot of impact cushion for the heel. They have reasonable arch support. Lots of room in the toe box. I like that they are real leather which will last a long time. They are as cute and fashionable as one can get while looking for this level of comfort and stability. Most other shoes in this category have a higher heel, but those put more strain on the arch. I think these are perfect for traveling and touring. They are not especially heavy or light but they do the job.

I work on my feet and easily get 10K+ average steps a day. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Some of the many appreciated features for me are: *Roomy toe box - zero cramping or pinching *Cushioned heel keeps your foot anchored = no rubbing *Really good arch support and padding *No “break in” period, wore these for a full 10 hour day out of the box and had happy feet at the end *Might be kind of silly but I actually love the laces, they have a little stretch which is really nice *Um, they are flippin’ adorable. Seriously cute sneakers and I love the subtle platform There are a ton of different fabrics/finishes and color options, and I have already purchased two more pairs. These became an instant favorite and are everything the viral reviews have claimed they are. I would add that both Amazon and the Dr. Scholls website regularly offer sale pricing, so I would shop around a little before paying full price.

These are incredibly comfy they should go viral as the official long distance walking shoe! I have never written an Amazon review before but these were worth going back and updating you. I got these for my trip to Europe and was putting in 24-33k step days for two weeks straight and not having even an ounce of body pain after. Like I was ready to do more at the end of the day because I didn’t feel a thing. I was worried leaving my running shoes behind because up until owning these shoes they were my most comfortable and even with those I want to sit down after 7 miles. I took these bad boys hiking, city walking, bar crawling, and sprinting through the airport (thank you Heathrow) but they held up perfectly for all. I struggle with scoliosis, knee problems and have countless other approaching 30 active body ticks but these shoes negate all of that. Just get them - they are light weight, stylish, affordable, stay relatively clean and perfect for putting in miles while looking and feeling good.

Seems well made and fits as expected a 9 to fit. They look large and clunky like a boot looks so I’m not sure I’ll keep them. They’re comfortable and the toe box is moderate, neither large or too tight. The grey flannel-like body is really nice.

I love these shoes. I love my peds but these are the next level. They are soooo comfortable. I can walk all day in these. I'm going to get different colors. Love the wide sizes prevents going to the next size up for extra width. Amazon said to go to 11 but I had tried on reg 10 in store and was on the fence on the width so glad I didn't get the reg 10s. They fit true to the 10 length but I just have wide feet and to toe box in the wide is great! The insole is nice and soft to absorb the pounding of walking on the sidewalk also. Great all around. 7

I wear them once a week or so, and have only had them for about 6 months. They are pretty comfortable, but wore out really quick. The part where the shoes creases when I walk is tearing away from the sides. With the good reviews, I had hoped I would be able to enjoy them longer. They are also pretty heavy compared to athletic shoes.

OK hear me out some people think these shoes are for old people but let me tell you I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure how they would look style wise if they would look cute but I needed something with comfort with stability especially because I was going to Disney so at that point I was like you know what if they’re ugly whatever I just need comfort but I wore these from nine in the morning to nine at night and the comfort of these shoes were to die for, I was amazed on how my feet were not hurting and especially for the value of the money I would 100% recommend these shoes and I have been recommending these shoes since I’ve got them they are super cute they’re very casual they fit great you can wear long socks with them you can wear ankle socks you can wear no-show socks doesn’t matter
