These are incredibly comfortable! I can wear them all day around the office and be fine at the end of the day. I bought them May 2022 it is now November 2022 and I wear them three to four times a week and the rubber bottom at the heel is starting to wear out, mainly on my right foot. I figure this area is being hit because when I drive itโ€™s my foot that I pivot from gas and break. This is my second pair and I am looking into getting another pair because I think they are worth it for the comfort and how much I wear them. I see now they have gone up in price so I may wait till I see if they go back down to the $60-$70 I originally spent or I have been looking at another Dr. School pair to try. I say runs true to size because I typically wear a 9.5 and thatโ€™s what I got these in and itโ€™s perfect. ... show more

A few considerations; 1. These are for narrow feet. 2. You need to break these in after which they are reasonable comfortable and can be worn for a long time. 3. For me it was more comfortable with a thin pair of socks. This reduced the chance of rubbing against my toes or the Achilles tendon. 4. IT DOES RUB BEHIND YOUR HEEL. The rub reduces when they are broken in but there is some rub happening perhaps a 1/2 size bigger may help. ... show more
