I bought two pairs of these for work. The first pair I had wore out in about a month. The soles were completely falling apart. Honestly, I was annoyed that I had bought two pairs, but it was too late to return them. So I wore the second pair, thinking they’d be in the garbage in a month. As it turns out, I’m still wearing these shoes 5-7 days a week, almost 3 years later. They are soooo comfortable, and I guess I got lucky with the second pair. These are worthy of a 5 star review based off of comfort alone, but I’m am giving 4 starts because of how quickly the first pair fell apart. I’m going to order another pair, because the insides are starting to get pretty worn. I’m hoping a don’t wind up with a defective pair again. For years I have been buying another work show from Amazon. The quality of that shoe (DEER STAG) decreased with each and every order, as the price climbed higher and higher. The (DEER STAGS) lasted only 3 months before disintegrating. I decided to pursue other options. I am on my feet at work 10-12 hours a day 5-6 days a week. I routinely put 15-20 miles on my legs/feet a day including tons of stair steps. I decided , after reading countless reviews, to try the Dr Scholl shoes. I am glad that I did! They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I bought the shoes on 10/15/2021. After three hard months of work, they still look like new. The tread is still in great shape. All the stitching is still perfect, and the interior cushioned sole is still in pristine shape and working order. I highly recommend these shoes especially if you are a front of the house restaurant employee, or any one who has to stand and move on there feet for long periods of time. These shoes do not trap and hold odor(s) I highly 100% recommend these shoes and I am in the process of buying a second pair but in Brown. ... show more

Shoe looks fantastic out of the box. Easy to shine. comfortable to wear. HOWEVER, the sole of the shoe is coming apart (delaminating) in less than four months. I shoe glue it back together every third day. If i can keep it glued together, the heal will be severely worn away as if i were a severe pronator which i am NOT. Buying these shoes to wear everyday is a huge mistake. ... show more
