Love them. I usually wear a 9.5, sometimes a 10 (in womens). Based on reviews AND on Doc Martens size chart that is based on foot length, I ordered a size 9, and they fit well, although definitely no room to spare. If you wear thick socks, keep that in mind regarding size. I am wearing 2 pairs of those thin white socks (for the break in period), and I'm comfortable. Much more comfortable out of the box than I expected, leather not a stiff as I thought it would be, but still it is stiff-ish. I suspect the back of my heels might take a little beating until they break in, but that is standard with Docs. I have narrow feet, and these are great for that. If you have wide feet, prob shouldn't choose these --- or go to Doc Martens store and try on, or buy unisex. Really happy with these, and Amazon's price is about 20 bucks cheaper than Doc Martens website. As always, fast delivery, on a Sunday no less!

I usually have no problem wearing a size 38 European in Birkenstocks or any other shoes but, for some reason, these are really tight and they hurt my toes… I hope I can get used to them, because they weren't cheap and I missed the return window. I coulda woulda SHOULDA exchanged them for a 39 when I had a chance! I planned to wear them in the winter with sweater tights and I don't think that's going to happen now. We will see. So my point being, if you normally wear a size 38 European, get these in a 39 if available because they're definitely tight and run small. Super cute, though.

I can't ever get the sizing right on Docs, but the 7 in these is perfect with light to medium weight socks. Normally wear a 7-7.5 depending on toe box, but docs are always either way too big (7/38) or just too small enough to where my toes crash into the front (6/37). These are perfect with socks, just a tiny bit of extra room in the toes. They're stiff and would definitely cause blisters without socks until broken in but that's normal. Cushioning feels pretty good for docs. Don't think an insert in needed but time will tell. Overall, really good shoe.

I have a pair of Polleys from almost 10 years ago. I saw them on tumblr and they were the first pair of shoes I saved up to buy! I absolutely adore the style, so when my shoes finally beat the dust I figured I should get the exact same ones. When I opened the box I was so disappointed. The leather felt a lot cheaper and plasticky. The shoes were too small and not true to size. I'm glad I bought on amazon for easy returns.

They were what was described and fit fine. Wore them all day at work with socks. Insole is comfortable and I’m sure the leather will only get better in time! Size 8 and roomy but worried size 7 would be too tight. Happy with purchase!

I really like these shoes. They are made so well and very sturdy. I do wish they were a little higher but they are easy and comfortable to walk in. I did get a blister on my right foot on the back but once I broke them in they were fine. I would buy this brand again

My daughter and I loved the shoes, but my daughter’s feet were too wide for them. The company was outstanding in terms of processing our order and refunding the expense for the shoes. I would order again if they made wide sizes. The shoes were too adorable.
