I ordered this pair, but my husband gave me the same style for mother's day but with animal print. I like them both but I'm sending these ones back. This style is really comfy and hardly needed to be broken in at all. As with all Dr Martens, go for the smaller size if you're in between. I wear a 7.5 but the size 7s always have plenty of length and room. These are heavy though. I have a lighter pair of Dr M sandals that I can wear all day at an amusement park.     • Front strap was way too loose and didn’t keep my feet in right

So cute I wanted them to work so bad but the front it’s hard to explain. I wore them around the house for just a bit just to see you know if they’re gonna work and I first put them on. They seem super comfortable, but then I realize I had to like push my toes down to keep them from slipping off and I tightened up the one strap tightens as tight as it could go and it helped a little bit, but then I just relaxed and walked for not long and they just finally just slipped off so and I realized laying down last night and my toes were sore and that was only for a very short time of trying to wear them so I would either suggest sizing down one to see if that works. I don’t know because those fit perfect from towed to my heel, so the only problem was like the width in the front the styles cute well-made, because their Doc Martens I have like three other pairs of sandals that I love Anyway I really wish they would’ve worked, but they didn’t so That’s my honest opinion of them ... show more

Can I just start off by saying I am usually a 7.5 but sized up to an 8 and love these shoes. The day I got them, I took them out of the box and threw them on with my socks still on, went out to my car to get the mirror I bought, tried to show my dog how pretty she was in my mirror and slipped right out of these shoes and bit the concrete. The lesson I learned that day is don't wear socks in these shoes. ... show more
