Size down, even if you are used to docs. I wear doc boots and sandals on a daily basis and really wanted to wear these. My feet kept sliding around in the shoe, like other reviews said. Debating on trying again with a new size of changing style all together. They are made very well and beautiful, even if I can't wear the ones I got!

Don’t size down if you have wide feet.

If you have wide feet, do NOT size down. I repeat, do NOT size down. So far, they’re not as heavy as other docs I own. They’re cute and office appropriate. I don’t need the extra height (the thicker sole is probably why people say they’re heavy) but I have found thwm to be pretty comfortable. Definitely good value for the money.

These are absolutely adorable!!! I ordered my regular size and they fit perfect. I like that they are a little bit lower around the ankle bones so they don't rub. As soon as they arrived I put them on, they are so comfortable! Super happy I bought these!
