Disappointing - Poor Quality

I was really disappointed by this coin purse for several reasons. First and the main reason - the zipper on it is awful. On first try, I couldn't even open it. The zipper is so rough and not smooth in the least bit. I had to work at it to get it to zip open. It was very surprising because Dooney is known for having really high quality smooth zippers. Second, the color is not as expected/shown - I ordered the fuchsia and it looks like a neon hot pink in the photos which is what I wanted but it was darker and more muted than shown. Third, the overall quality - it looks and feels like something I could have purchased from the dollar store for a couple of bucks. This is not the Dooney quality I know and love. I didn't opt to return it or get it replaced because it's too much of a hassle since this is not done via Amazon with the easy drop off/replacement/refund options. I may just try some WD-40 on the zipper but I don't think it will help much.
