This dress is actually a pretty cute. It does have a bodycon style fit and feel to it. The material resembles something like spandex but, not quite spandex. There's some elasticity to the dress but, again it does have a fitted feel to it. There is a second slip style liner under the dress that helps show off my curves while keeping the dress nice and opaque. I love the tie style straps to this dress. The straps are a little difficult to get the perfect bow when tying them by my self but they're a very cute detail to this dress. The neck line is a square neckline and look fantastic. It does have a moderately modest look to it and isn't too revealing at the neckline. The tie straps do help adjust where the square neckline falls too which is nice. The other thing I would note about this dress is that there is a slit on the side of this dress that does come up very high. It comes all the way up to my thigh and can be pretty revealing. The dress does fit true to size and the size chart. I would definitely stay you don't have to size down to get that body con look fit and feel. All in all this dress is very cute! It's a comfortable summer dress that would look great for any occasion. Would happily recommend it!

I'm 5'7", 158, size 10 and ordered a large. It fits true-to-size. This dress stretches, but I don't think it's intended to be stretched to a body-con fit. That it just skims your body is the flattering part. If you want it super body-con, then you can size down one or two sizes, but I think the dress looks better (less cheap) if it's not super tight. I suppose it depends on what you're looking for. Overall, this is a nice dress. Order according to your fit preferences.

I am a size 12 and it fits like a 10. If you purchase this, buy it one size up. It would be flattering if it was the correct size. If I tried to zip this up I would not be able to breath, so comfort is not for this size for me.

I ordered this dress for my school's fundraiser casino night. It's the perfect dress for date night or special occasions! The royal blue color is gorgeous! This dress is great quality. It's a thicker fabric so I had a little trouble with the zipper but I think with wear the zipper will work better. I love the tie straps because they are adjustable and I can tie them however I like. It adds a cute element to the dress. I also love the square neckline and leg slit. It gives off classy, modest vibes. The dress fits form fitting, without being too tight. I'm 5'2, slim, and ordered a small. I would say stick to your true size. I highly recommend!

I do like this dress it is flattering and love the shade of red. The slit up the side is not too high but high enough to show some leg. The thing I can’t get over is how polyester it is-I know most clothing sold on this site is polyester but this particular item has a thick, chunky feel to it that is not that appealing.
