The material is a crinkle fabric, lightweight but not see through. I like the sleeve detailing with the longer easy elastic cuff. It will be cute this Spring with a pair of leggings. I am 5' 7" and this top hits me at mid thigh.

I ordered this dress after seeing it on an influencer. I would say it is true to size - I’m normally a size 10 and ordered a medium in this. The material is nice quality. I wanted to love this dress but it just wasn’t flattering on me. I’m 5’3” which may be part of the problem. Perhaps it would look cuter on a taller/thinner person. This dress is super cute, flattering, it ran big on me but the style and fit are great and it looks perfect on. You may want to size down? I ordered an XL which I normally wear a 14 so it could be me not ordering correctly. You will be glad you ordered it.
