Pants tear after second time of wearing them

I wish I had taken a picture, too busy being angry and stunned - mine turned out worse than the other reviewers w/ photos! (I took them to work to box up for returning and my coworkers and I had the best laugh - tears! -when I showed them what happened after one wash. It's that bad, I promise you, but please keep reading.) They shrank and SHREDDED from top to bottom. You could see through the jeans. It's like whatever is used as 'black dye' has some sort of acid involved? I purchased the b-sky blue pair in summer and they are great. Perfect. The more they are washed, the softer they become. I love the fit and the comfort and have no issues with them ripping any more than what they already are for the design. I had the black pair in my cart for awhile and decided to go ahead with the purchase. I wish I would have came back and read the most recent reviews first. I see several others share the same experience, although they were smart and didn't wash them with other clothes :( The shrinking and shredding is nothing compared to the aftermath of these devil pants.... They came in a clear ziplock bag. That's it, that's how it was shipped - no box or heavy envelope. The bag was covered in black powdery soot looking substance. Yes, I hear you. This should have been a red flag. But, I shook them off outside and threw them in the washer with my black scrubs and black work sweaters and some other dark colored laundry I had - along with FIVE color grabber sheets - thinking it would be safe. Everything looked fine after the wash was complete, so I just threw it all in the dryer. Wet clothes are darker anyway right? Your mind isn't thinking that the black jeans in the wash wanted to do anyone any harm.... The entire load of laundry was ruined. The white down comforter I had on my bed -where I throw my clean load of laundry to fold- is ruined. The white embroidered stitching logo on my work scrubs is now dingy grey so now I'll look like the dirty kid at work until I get the new ones that were ordered. I had to throw out 4 pair of pants, 4 tops, 4 panties, a dark green sweater and dark grey sweater that ALL had patchy darkened dyed areas throughout. Everything I touched left black on my fingers. There was even a film of black dye dust on my dresser. The dryer vent was packed with the fine black powder that made a huge mess and was not easy to clean up. This (surely) toxic and hazardous black substance is embedded in everything and is still lingering in my home. I keep getting black under my fingernails - not knowing where it's coming from. WHERE IS IT STILL COMING FROM?! It's been a nightmare and I can't believe they are still offering these for sale EVEN after the other reviews left months ago. I've been an Amazon customer since the beginning and this is my first negative review, hoping to save anyone else from this frustration and disappointment. I fully expect to get the $40 refund, but that doesn't cover the clothes and comforter that will need replaced. Some of the clothes, being my favorites, are irreplaceable.

These jeans are so comfortable. I carry my extra weight in the stomach, so I have to get jeans a bit bigger. However, I have little to no butt. I love these because of the tie waist. I can keep them where they belong!! I'm ordering another pair 😊

I’m a size 12 in most pants, sometimes a 14 (I’m 5’5), and I got hips and thighs like a queen. I bought these in a whim, “let’s just see what happens”. Y’all I’m in love, they’re so comfortable and actually are flattering.
