I was surprised by the quality of the material. I was worried it would be cheap and see through, but it's not. It's sort a silky loose breathable polyester. It's really comfortable. The arm hole area by the armpits are kinda big/loose, but that's not a big deal for me because I usually wear a cardigan on top for work. I got the yellow and also another cream colored one with black dots. Even the cream was surprisingly not see through. I'll probably end up getting more since there are so many color and design options and they are comfortable to wear at work. Gave it a 4 just because of the loose arm pit holes, but I'd still get more. Not a deal breaker for me.

The prior reviews re: fabric are correct; the stripes/prints etc are a soft fabric but which also has drape. I ordered my normal size and I'm pleased with it. The solids are more of a slub cotton texture and fit about a size small; I ordered my normal size and it fits (still undecided about it) but it is much less forgiving than the model shows. Unfortunately one size up was sloppy with huge arm holes. It might be that if you aren't super confident with your midsection, you should stick to the non-solid options. If you are confident and don't mind it being a bit more form fitting, your normal size is probably fine. I have not worn/washed yet, but I'd recommend putting in a delicate bag to protect the fabric.
