Very pretty, color (pink) was what I had expected from the photos. True to size, I'm 5'7 145lbs, normally a medium and it fit well. Only downside is that there is so liner, so the bottom is pretty see through. Unfortunately finding a slip will be more work than I'm willing to put in, since there is a slit in the skirt. I absolutely LOVE this dress! The material is soft and breathable, making it super comfortable to wear for extended periods. It has a nice flow to it, which gives it an elegant, effortless look. As someone who is fuller-chested, I was a bit nervous about the fit on top, but it actually works really well. It is a bit more low-cut on me, but nothing too revealing. This is a very nice looking dress. The zipper problems that have been alluded to I have had in other dresses with an elastic ruching. The dress was a good length (I am 5'2") and the straps were nice, but I agree they were a little bit loose.

I bought this to go to my husbands formal work event in a couple weeks. I chose this dress because it was one of the few options in my size and the colors I need that would get here before the event. This leaves me with plenty of time to do alterations. This dress has not been altered in anyway (yet.) I wanted to give everyone an accurate photo of the dress, I also am not wearing shapewear. I am wearing 3 inch heels. My size, I am 5'2", I weigh 190 pounds. My measurements are : bra size 36 D, waist 37" hips 47". The dress is a size XL. The slit stops about an inch above my knee. The alterations that I will be doing is hemming it, fixing the zipper (more on that later,) and trying to tailor the bust better. The fabric is okay, it isn't see through, but the fabric of the skirt does show panty lines, lumps, and bumps. The top is fairly forgiving, so long as it fits you well. The breast part has lots of excess fabric for me, if you have larger breasts, this dress will work for you! Smaller breasted folks, we have to fix it or live with the excess fabric. I like the flow of the skirt. It's fun and moves. The straps are lackluster, they're decorative and not for support. Now the zipper part that I will be fixing. For whatever reason the manufacturer didn't sew the zipper down the length of the zipper. They just sewed parts of it. While the zipper is firmly in the dress, it is hard to zip because the fabric parts of the zipper flip and get in the way of the zipper actually zipping. The part that it gets stuck st is where the skirt and the bodice meet. I will have to sew the zipper sides down so that the zip will close the fabric. Overall I'm happy with this dress, if I had more time I would have chosen something different, but if you're strapped for time and on a budget, this dress is good enough.
