- Came vacuum sealed but still looked very nice right out of the package (Ie fairly minimal wrinkles, definitely less than expected) so it seems that the material is fairly resilient, and I think it will travel well packed in a suitcase (& note that all of my pics of it are taken of it right out of the package). - Silky smooth feel, will be great for hot weather between that and being a nice and flowy design - I LOVE the sleeves - I’m self conscious about my upper arms and balloon sleeves are absolutely perfect not only for that but also for being insanely comfortable and especially when it’s go out - More low cut than I prefer but I love how it has the built in straps to make a bow right there so can hide your chest with that if you prefer (if you didn’t want to - I think you could tie the bow lower (the straps for the bow are very long) and it would still good that way too I think). (& for ref for pics - I’m 5’5” tall & around 110# & 34C/32D.) - I do wish the pink color was more like the listing pics though (Ie more of a baby pink) and part of the issue could be the lighting in my apartment, but I thought the color was more of a peachy pink/ pale apricot color. It’s still a pretty color though. - But when it’s hot out and I want to wear something cute - this is definitely my ideal style top to wear (flowy, silky, & balloon sleeves yet still tailored looking & flattering = perfection). To put it one way - I’m going to Miami this weekend and had no short sleeve tops packed since I normally don’t like them but I’m 100% now bringing this! - Overall - I think it’s a great price for a super cute and comfortable quality top that’s perfect for keeping cool in warm weather. Definitely recommend!

I love this blouse. To put it simply, it's gorgeous. I ordered the green color (listed as "dark green") and it's so pretty. The color and the white polka dots pop against each other. The contrast is really nice in person. I think the description photos do a really good job showcasing this color and how it looks in person. I normally wear between a 14 and 16 in US sizing. I have a very large bust so if I'm in between sizes on the size chart, I often size up to the larger of my sizes. On this size chart, the 16 was/is an XL. It fits great, a little loose as one could expect due to my proportions but still really great. I probably could have sized down but you never know with online items. That being said, I would say stick with your normal size. If in between sizes, you could probably size down for a more relaxed fit. I like that the buttons match back to the base of the shirt. The bottom button is about 2 or so inches from the hem. Speaking of hem, I'm 5'3" and this falls to my mid to upper hip area. The cuff on the sleeves fall just above my elbow. The material feels great against the skin. It's quite lightweight and a bit flowy so it will work well in the warmer months. Know that this is a fully functional button down blouse. In some of the pictures it's hard to tell (depending on the shirt color). It leans very modest to me so definitely work appropriate. However, it will work for a variety of settings and can be dressed up or down. You can tuck it in or leave it out, I think it works both ways well. Overall, it's a stunning top. I absolutely love it.

Clothing pieces with a retro aesthetic are always a win for me and my wardrobe. Not only do I find many of these pieces to be flattering, but they are also classic and wearable long term. For that reason, this green, polka dot, short sleeve blouse was a no brainer for me. It looked to be a versatile piece that I would definitely wear. Overall, in person it mostly met my expectations, especially regarding aesthetics. I ordered it in a size large, which fit exactly how I hoped it would. Even though I’m fairly tall, with a long torso, the length of the blouse ended just below my hips. On the sleeves, the fabric is gathered atop the shoulders, creating lift and volume. Despite the sleeves being finished with a flat, even band of fabric around each arm, they maintain a loose fit throughout. The band at the bottom of both sleeves extends at, or slightly above the elbows. Although it was not as roomy as the rest of the sleeve, rather than tightly circling both arms, it lightly skimmed over them. The blouse altogether is not at all fitted, instead it has a very lax, easy-fitting silhouette. The fabric is incredibly lightweight, with a lovely drape. It breathes comfortably and feels cool when it is worn. In terms of its quality, it’s just okay. It is opaque, with a smooth texture, but when looking at the blouse inside out, the weave of the polyester fibers is visible, and the fabric doesn’t feel like it has much substance. As far as the construction goes, it’s far from perfect, but because of its cut, as well as the dark green color I ordered, many of the errors are not readily noticeable. It’s not until examining the blouse closely that various issues with it come to light. Several of the seams don’t align properly. For example, on both sleeves where each cut of fabric was connected and stitched together, none of the pieces, or the stitching, line up as they should. On the lowest point of the V neck, where both front fabric panels meet the front button placket, neither the hem, nor the stitching that connects these pieces together, has been executed cleanly. The seams are sewn too loosely; it won’t take long for tears and holes to develop along the pressure points, after going through the washer and dryer a few times. That said, I would suggest using the delicate cycle to wash this blouse, and either avoiding the dryer altogether, or use the lowest heat setting. With everything considered, I still really like the style of this blouse, and plan to wear it. It has some nice features that were well thought out. More than anything, it appears as though it was rushed through production, resulting in mistakes being made and overlooked. At the current sale price of $19.99, I think that this blouse offers enough value and style to justify that expense, and it’s worth getting. However, at full price, I would not recommend investing in it. That price point does not align with the overall quality and value of this blouse.
