Great, real leather shoe for the price. This is my second pair. I still have my previous pair which I wore almost everyday for 3 years. The sole of the previous pair wore down so far that it no longer was puddle proof and would get my feet wet. I still use them for any dry days and for things where I don't care if the shoe gets damaged or dirty. I just polish the shoe with brown polish as the leather is exposed to return it to a like new appearance. Like many leather products, first week of using the shoe slightly hurts but breaks in to become EXTREMELY comfortable. If it had a more durable sole for the 60 dollar price, I would give 5 stars. This is really a 4.5 star shoe. In the photos, left pair are my first pair I purchased. They are needing another couple coats of polish, obviously, but you can see the real, fuzzed leather exposed. Right pair are my new pair with about 6 months of use and no polishing done yet.

I purchased this shoe in black at a local shoe store. Great shoe. Wanted brown, the local shoe store did not have it. Amazon! Yes, in stock, and $16 less than I paid locally for the same shoe in black! Ordered a pair, Arrived promptly. The packaging is perfectly identical to that which I purchased locally, except for the appropriate change for shoe color, etc. The labeling on the inside of the tongue of the brown shoes from Amazon indicates the brown shoes were made in China. Amazon price: $43 The labeling on the inside of the tongue of the black shoes from local retailer indicates the black shoes were made in Pakistan. Local price: $59 The brown shoe appears to be identical to the black. Same cut, style, stitching, etc. However, there are many differences: - The tongue of the brown shoes is thin, with almost no padding. + The tongue of the black shoes has thick padding at the top of the tongue where the shoe laces cross over. This makes the black shoes much more comfortable to wear. - The heel of the brown shoes is tighter, and actually causes uncomfortable rubbing, resulting in blisters the first day I wore them, and so far - each day that I have worn them has resulted in additional aggravation to the blister areas. + The black shoes have been worn many times, - much more than the brown - and never induced blistering. - The brown shoes "squeak" when walking, regardless of the floor covering surface type (carpet, tile, hardwood), even after several days wearing. Every step, both shoes... squeak squeak squeak, Even when not wearing the shoes, I can induce the squeaking by holding the shoe in my hand and rubbing the lace-area against the tongue. + The black shoes have never squeaked at all. Another big difference in the two is the "smell". - The brown shoes smell like shoe polish - and lots of it - even after being worn a few times. I wonder if the amount of polish on the shoe is contributing to the squeaking? + The black shoes smell like new shoes, and never had the smell of polish. And finally, the wear patterns in the material is completely different. - The brown shoes are developing very noticeable creases on top, mid foot, where the shoe has to bend when walking. + The black shoes have very slight creases, despite the fact I have had them longer and worn them many more times than the brown shoes. Summary: The shoes made in Pakistan are made of better quality materials, and appear to have better workmanship. They fit better, look better, smell better, and wear better.

I wore my first pair hard and long for about five years. They were comfortable and wore wonderfully. I lost them in a house fire and the new pair seems to be just as good! I have a narrow foot and they fit well. I usually wear a 10.5 to 11. These fit well in the 10.5.

I have had these shoes nearly a year (bought them in April, 2014 from Amazon), and they have been one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I have worn these while walking in parks, walking around town, walking in neighborhoods, and on college campuses. They have been consistently comfortable regardless of what surface I am walking on. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a comfortable oxford. Beyond the comfort factor, these also look good with the majority of my wardrobe - whether it is dress wear, casual wear, and even jeans. They have held up well, and I will definitely buy another pair of these in the future.

2nd pair of these I've bought, both through amazon. Look professional, the price is right, hold up great with daily use and I kill shoes quickly. These survive daily use working as a salesmen in and out of automotive shops all day long. Added an cushy insole for a little extra cushion and I can spend long days in them without an issue!

My husband has the brown pai of these shoes and really liked them. So he needed new dress black shoes so I ordered these. He loves them. He said the are so comfortable and fit great. We love these shoes because you can wear them with slacks or a nice pair of jeans. They look wonderful on my husband either way he dresses.

This is my husband's record pair of this brand and style. He previous pair were used as his daily were shows for the office. They still looked good after 1 1/2 years, the soles were starting to were out. Very nice shoe.
