I bought this figurine for a gift and it arrived broken at the arm that holds the book. I ordered another one and the second one also came with a broken arm, even though it's packed in styrofoam. I will keep the second one and super glue the arm back on, but it won't be given as a gift as I had planned. Order this item, it's pretty much a guarantee it will be broken. ... show more

The first one arrived broken, but the shipping box was fine. The replacement arrived broken in the same way. They’re sending it out broken, it’s not from shipping. The smell is awful, too. I won’t try to replace it a third time.
