Description

DMC silver label aida 18 count soft tube is 100-percent cotton fabric. Its precise square-patterned weave with visible stitching holes makes this fabric easy to use and allows your needle to easily glide through the holes. The number or count indicates how many squares are available per-inch of fabric. Each square represents a cross stitch. The smaller the fabric count the larger the holes. This fabric has 18 stitches per-inch. DMC Aida fabrics have a wonderful finish and are available in a variety of types. It is packed in soft tubes, a plastic sheath that fits more eaches per peg hook than the traditional hard tube. It can be washed in 60-degree celsius, 140-degree fahrenheit water. Dry flat. If necessary iron between two towels. Available in white color. Measures 18-inch length by 15-inch width.

I ordered this way back in the beginning of July. UPS said that they delivered it, but not sure who they delivered it to, because it wasn't my house. I never contacted customer service because the price was so miniscule, it wasn't worth bothering them. I did however write a review (not about the product) but about the fact I was inable to give a review. Lo and behold I receiced my material in the mail, the other day. Thank you Amazon for honoring this lost purchase, which was through no fault of your own. It's DMC, so it's good Aida. Reasonably priced, Prime Shipping always makes things better. Do wish that Amazon hadn't folded the whole thing in half to put it in an envelope though. Sort of defeats the purpose of rolling it in a tube but hey, what do I know.

There are so many different brands of Aida cloth out there, and most cross stitchers seem to have a preference. I typically buy whatever is a good price; most Aida cloth seems to be of comparable quality in my experience! This fits the bill. It's consistent and stitches well.
