I'd say that a lighter, less metal / more plastic, and less expensive gimbal is the way to go. Nothing wrong with hard, durable plastic. You want a gimbal as light as possible, but strong. That said, I loved this gimbal, testing it, it felt like it was built tough, and that makes me happy. But I opted for the newer Weebill S as it's a couple years newer, with some upgrades, like a screen right on the gimbal. Anyway, this is a 5-star device that I'll give 4 stars for weight.
