My 9yrs and 75lbs wanted to be Sally for Halloween last year. I ordered her the size 10/12 thats also her everyday size. It fit great. It wasn't to tight. The dress was good quality and it is still in good shape today 8mths later. It is also really easy to put on, it velcros in the back. I would def recommend it to anyone who wants to be Sally.
