I love this dress! I probably could have gotten the standard size instead of the plus (comparing size charts, looks like where they overlap, the plus is roomier through the middle relative to the bust measurement) bc it is a smidge loose through the middle but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging it. Anyway that extra room makes it so it doesn’t squish me when I sit down. I’m giving it five stars but I do have a couple of nitpicky points to share: 1) prepare to have glitter everywhere. I thought the overlay fabric was like a metallic printed sheer material but it’s glitter. 2) where the serged edges that include the glitter material come in contact with your skin, it is itchy. I’m going to take it to the tailor in town and see if he can bind it off with some satin bc it’s really distracting and uncomfortable. 3) the skirt has built-in hoops which is a pro and a con. Mostly pro bc it means you don’t need to shell out for an additional garment (thank goodness bc this is a pricy costume) but it also makes it a pain to hang up. I don’t trust the elastic shoulder straps to support the whole weight of the dress so I had to rig something up with multiple hangers and clothespins. Other than that, I absolutely love it. This gown is so beautiful it is the most beautiful dress I have, aside from my wedding gown. The details are amazing. The fit is spot on, the only issue is the zipper, it keeps getting caught in the fabric and is hard to move. Other than that, it is well worth every penny

For the price you pay the zipper is cheaply made and the gloves almost fall apart after one use. Beautiful dress just not worth the price
